Major Victor Aguilar
(SAI)

Major Victor Aguilar has been teaching JROTC at WHS since 1995. He retired from the United States ARMY in 1995. During his service, he has been stationed in the following areas: Fort Hood, TX, Fort Lee, VA, Fort Polk, LA ,Fort Sill, OK, Honolulu, HI and overseas in Augsburg, Germany. He has served as commander of two firing batteries, Operations Officer (S-3), Software Development Project Officer, and a DPA Site Manager. He has also been an ARMY and ARMY Reserve Pacific Recruiting Commander.

SGM Keith K. Castaneda      (AI)

SGM Keith K. Castaneda just started teaching JROTC at WHS this year. His work experience includes Senior Operations Manager, Senior Installation Operations Manager, Education Course Manager, and he was also the Senior Reserve Officer Training Corps (SROTC) Instructor in Oregon State University. He was a Community Service Volunteer in El Paso, TX, and a School Service Volunteer in Kekaha Elementary School.
